Eligibility for Returns 

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 
  • Ensure all tags, labels, and boxes are returned as received. 
  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered are not eligible for return. 
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team. 
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Initiate a Request 
Email your return request with your Order ID and reason for return to innovateshopsolutionspvtltd@gmail.com. 

Step 2: Share Supporting Photos 
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos showing the issue for faster processing. 

Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions 
Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning your item. 

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our guidelines. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent. 

Partial Refund Guidelines 

If an item only partially meets the return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be offered at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the issue via email to help us resolve it promptly.
