We understand that fashion choices can change, and you may need to cancel an order. Below is our cancellation policy to guide you through the process. 

Order Cancellation Before Shipment 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or prior to shipment, whichever comes first. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email. 

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Orders Already Shipped 

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you can initiate a return once the item is delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modification 

Currently, we do not allow modifications to items or addresses after an order is placed. To make changes, you will need to cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
